Ingredients:
250 g of canned peas
onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
320 g of pasta of your choice (tubes, broken spaghetti)
Diced bacon
Procedure:
Chop an onion and fry in hot oil with the bacon.
At this point we pour the peas and cook a little so that on flavor.
Now pour the hot water directly into the pot a quart and a half.
When it boils, add the double salt and pour the pasta.
A 3/4 at the end of the pasta cooking can realize if the water is too much or too little.
In the first case with a wooden spoon take off the excess (then always depends on personal taste).
In the second case we add a cup correcting salt.
When cooked, add pepper and bon appetit ....
