Mussels au gratin

Mussels au gratin






Second Course


4 people


40 minutes











Ingredients:

1 net of mussels (At the supermarket check the date)
breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
parsley
pepper
lemon


Procedure:

Clean and wash the mussels.
Put them in a pot with a lid and let them open.
Chop garlic and parsley that we will put aside.
Once opened, (we keep a little of the cooking water)
removed from each mussel half of the empty shell and place in a baking-pan large enough
to pour over a half a ladle of cooking filtered water and dress with chopped, parsley
and garlic bread crumbs and a dash of pepper.




























We put in a preheated oven for about ten minutes and serve with a squeeze of lemon ...
