Golden fried artichokes

Golden fried artichokes

Ingredients 

3 Artichokes 
2 Eggs 
grated Parmesan cheese 
Salt and Pepper 
1 lemon 
flour 


Procedure: 

Clean the artichokes by removing the tough leaves and cut into wedges.






















Now in a bowl with water and lemon leave them for about 30 minutes. 























Drain, dredge in flour and dip into beaten egg with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt
and pepper ... 
























Throw them in a pan with hot oil and fry until golden ... 























Remove them from the pan, 
place them on paper towels, salt them a little more and serve ...
